Ashley is wonderful. She sent pictures everyday and made our dog feel at home. Our dog is a service animal and we take her almost everywhere. This time we had work out of the country. Ashley stepped in with professionalism, competence, and an understanding of what our dog needed. We will book with her over and over!

While communicating with Ashley prior to dropping Gemma off I was already feeling better. When I did drop Gemma off any concern I had was gone. She was amazing from the minute I walked in and all 13 days we were gone. Everyday I received pictures and an update on Gemma. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will NEVER use anyone else so long as Ashley is available. Thank you thank you for taking good care of my Hunka-Hunka Luvin.

I booked Ace Paws Pet Care relatively last minute due to a scheduling issue, and she was a life saver! We did a quick drop in for our dogs to get walked before we got home. Both were given nice long walks, and I got updated with how everything was going with pictures. I recommend.
