How to establish care with APPC?
Starting and scheduling care with us is easy! We will require a meet and greet beforehand that is free of charge and typically 15-30 mins. If we are a good match we require one time new client paperwork and vet records to keep on file for each pet.
Can you accommodate aggressive pets?
We cannot accomodate any pets aggressive towards our care takers, but we can still accommodate pets that are pet aggressive for services renderd in clients home.
How many pets would be together when boarding in sitters home?
This can be sitter specific but no more than 5 pets boarding in sitters home at a time. All pets boarding in sitters home must be non aggressive and comfortable in group settings as well as non destructive in home.
What is your refund policy?
Any cancellations made more than 7 days prior to service will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made within 7 days or less will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations for a holiday booking will receive a 50% refund.
Is APPC fully insured and bonded?
